Have you ever had a problem with PayPal and tried to speak with a human representative? If you want to wish something on someone you don't like, then this is it - by the time they have worked through the automated prompts, menu selections, voice recordings and the rest, they will have pulled out all their hair, thrown their chair against the wall, screamed out some expletives in utter frustration and desperation, and .... oh, wait a minute, "Paypal?... um yes, I have a problem... there's a payment that was blocked and I just wanted to... hello? HELLO?!!! HELLOOOO"
